Increasing accessibility and implicitly regional competitiveness through investments in the modernization of connections between counties in the region and in the construction of bypasses. They produce important effects for citizens, by facilitating access to education, health and social service providers, to concrete employment opportunities in developed urban areas for the population in rural areas and small towns.

Reduction in the number of accidents on modernized roads by 50%.
